Yes. The estimate is free, it is in writing, and it comes after a free in-person assessment of your space. No membership fees, no subscriptions, no sign-up charges, no automatic charges to your card. Add-ons are priced openly: oven $45, refrigerator interior $45, interior windows $5 each, empty cabinet interiors $30, eco-friendly product line priced into your estimate when you select it. All cleaning products and equipment are included in your price. The calculator on this page gives an approximate range — your final price is confirmed at the assessment, before any work begins and before you pay anything. On residential jobs you pay a 30% deposit for services under $300, or 50% for services of $300 or more, and the rest only after you have inspected and approved the work.

Cancel with more than 48 hours notice and there is no fee and no penalty. We hold ourselves to the same standard: if we ever have to move a visit, you hear it from an owner, not from an automated message. We answer our own phones — call or WhatsApp (813) 585-5355 any day between 7 AM and 11 PM and you get an answer the same day, usually within hours. If we break or damage anything while working, we tell you the same day it happens and we repair or replace it. You will never find out from an empty spot on a shelf. And if you are not satisfied with the work, we come back and fix it — no questions asked.

Because Central Florida works against you, and an honest answer helps more than a sales pitch. For medical and high-traffic spaces we use EPA-registered disinfectants and we respect the dwell time printed on the label — the step most often skipped — and we follow OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen protocols, 29 CFR 1910.1030, with training and certification for our team. We carry General Liability insurance on every job. Annual commercial contracts include the first deep cleaning free, and we can work early mornings, nights or weekends so we are never in your way.
